Jonathan Ende, CFA
Jonathan Ende is the Founder and Managing Member of Ende Capital Group and has fifteen years of experience in the securities industry with a deep background in derivatives structuring and marketing across a number of asset classes. Jonathan was previously at Lehman Brothers, where he joined in 2001 as Head of Structured Finance for Hedge Funds. While at Lehman, Jonathan built their Private Convertible Business (PIPEs) and spearheaded the U.S. Fund-Linked Structured Products Business. Prior to Lehman, Jonathan was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he was the senior member of the Equity Derivatives Hedge Fund Coverage Team. Jonathan also worked at Salomon Brothers in Fixed Income Capital Markets and at Bankers Trust in Equity and Fund-Linked Derivatives.

Jonathan has a bachelors degree in Economics from Duke University and is a CFA charter holder. Jonathan holds NASD series 24, 7 and 63 licenses and is registered with Gar Wood Securities, LLC.

Yana Kramer
Yana Kramer joined Ende Capital Group in April 2006. Yana was previously at Royal Bank of Canada, where she spent nearly 3 years in the Alternative Assets Group working on a variety of structured products that referenced portfolios of hedge funds. Prior to her employment at RBC, Yana spent 4 years at Barclays Capital and Credit Suisse First Boston in Fixed Income Capital Markets.

Yana began her studies in Russia at Tyumen State University and continued her education upon her arrival to the United States in 1993. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Yana holds NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and is registered with Gar Wood Securities, LLC.
